Due to the highly specialized nature of Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) miners and the extreme volatility of the cryptocurrency markets, our sales policies differ from traditional consumer electronics. By placing an order on Bitcncenter.com, you (the “Customer”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
- The Nature of the Product
Bitmain hardware (Antminers, Power Supply Units, and related components) are industrial-grade products. Their value is directly linked to the cryptographic algorithms they solve and the market price of digital assets. Consequently, We operates under a strict sales model to ensure the stability of our supply chain and the fairness of pricing for all global participants. - Order Cancellations
2.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed , the order enters our automated fulfillment and production queue.
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are generally not permitted once payment has been processed.
- Discretionary Cancellations: In exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation request is submitted before the order has reached the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, We may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation.
- Cancellation Fees: Any approved pre-shipment cancellation is subject to a 20% Restocking and Administrative Fee. This fee covers the cost of inventory allocation and the financial hedging required for high-value hardware.
- 2.2 Payment Failures and Expirations
For orders paid via cryptocurrency, the payment must be completed within the specified window (usually 30–60 minutes). Failure to complete the transaction within this window will result in an automatic cancellation. We is not responsible for fluctuations in coin value or network fees during the payment window.

3.1 Market Volatility Clause
IMPORTANT: Bitcncenter.com does not offer refunds based on changes in the price of cryptocurrencies or the subsequent change in the market value of the hardware.
Mining difficulty increases and coin price decreases are inherent risks in the cryptocurrency industry. By purchasing, the Customer accepts these risks. We will not honor refund requests based on “Buyer’s Remorse” or the lack of profitability of the hardware. - 3.2 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions: - Product Non-Availability: If Bitcncenter.com is unable to fulfill an order due to a permanent cessation of production or an irremediable supply chain failure.
- Unopened Merchandise: Only items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed factory packaging may be considered for return and refund within seven (7) days of delivery.
- 3.3 Refund Calculation and Fees
If a refund is approved for unopened merchandise:
- The refund will be issued for the original purchase price minus a 30% Restocking Fee.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. For cryptocurrency payments, the refund will be based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase, not the current coin amount.

If a unit is received in a non-functional state (DOA), the Customer must report the issue to Bitcncenter.com Support within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
- The Customer must provide video evidence of the unboxing and the initial power-on failure.
- Upon verification, Bitcncenter.com will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a replacement unit or repair.
4.2 The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure
To return a product for repair or replacement, you must follow these steps:
- Open a Ticket: Log into your account and submit a technical support ticket.
- Validation: Our engineers will attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
- Shipment: If remote repair is impossible, an RMA number will be issued. Do NOT ship any product without an RMA number; such shipments will be rejected and returned at the Customer’s expense.
- Packaging: Hardware must be shipped in its original factory packaging (inner and outer boxes). Improper packaging that leads to transit damage will void the warranty and eligibility for return.
4.3 Shipping Costs for Returns
- For DOA units: We will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the replacement.
- For Warranty Repairs: The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unit to our authorized service center. Bitcncenter.com will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced unit back to the Customer.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly ineligible for return or refund:
- Any unit where the warranty sticker is broken, tampered with, or removed.
- Units that have been operated in unsuitable environments (e.g., high humidity, extreme dust, or lack of ventilation).
- Units damaged by power surges, lightning strikes, or improper electrical setups.
- Units that have been “overclocked” using third-party firmware or unauthorized software.
- Used or refurbished equipment sold “as-is” during specific clearance events.
6. Warranty vs. Refund
It is important to distinguish between a Warranty Claim and a Refund Request.
- Bitcncenter.com provides a standard 180-day or 365-day warranty (depending on the model) on all new miners.
- The warranty entitles the customer to free repairs or a replacement unit of equal or better specifications.
- A warranty claim does not entitle the customer to a cash refund. Our priority is to keep your hashpower online; therefore, we will always default to repair or replacement.
7. Customs, Duties, and International Returns
Bitcncenter.com ships globally from various hubs.
- The Customer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all local taxes, VAT, and import duties.
- If a customer refuses a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all two-way shipping costs plus a 40% abandonment/restocking fee.
- We cannot “undervalue” invoices to bypass customs, as this is a violation of international trade laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bitcncenter.com shall not be liable for any “lost opportunity” or “lost profit” during the time a unit is in transit for return or undergoing repair at an RMA center. The cryptocurrency network continues to move forward; Bitmain.com does not compensate for “missed mining time” during the service process.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through Bitcncenter.com’s internal mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the selling entity is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
